The Experience

Our retreat combines a variety of activities to help you restore balance into your life through exercise, mindfulness, nourishing food and the great outdoors. We believe this holistic approach is the best and most realistic way of maintaining a balance and bringing a sense of sustainability into our lives.

The Outbuildings offers a perfect setting for our retreat weekends. Hidden away in the Southwest corner of Anglesey, surrounded by tranquil farmland with spectacular views across to the mountains of Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula, North Wales, and just a few minutes’ drive away from Llanddwyn beach. We couldn’t think of anywhere better to come and unwind from the daily hustle and bustle of our busy modern day lives.

The Outbuildings has been tastefully restored from a derelict outbuilding in to a luxury venue comprising of two sitting rooms where you can relax in front of the fire, chat or read a book. Upstairs is a modern spacious kitchen where delicious meals are prepared. There is a large dining room space in the outbuildings with high ceilings and original beams in keeping with the buildings character where yoga and inside activities will take place. Bedrooms are comfy and luxurious, all have en-suite facilities.

All food is provided throughout the retreat. Expect healthy wholesome and locally source goodness. We use fresh ingredients to make you feel good. All dietary requirements are catered for.

When I left I felt amazing. Literally like a new woman. I slept all night on the Saturday and woke up on the Sunday feeling good and revitalised. I was on such good form at work on
Monday and had a great week. It was a chilled, fun and challenging weekend where I learnt new things, ate well and had a Saturday night off the booze!

After this experience I would definitely recommend this When I left I felt relaxed and restored but a little bit stiff, which in my opinion is a good thing! Caught up on sleep, nourished well and a good dose of fresh air and laughter!
