Join us for a 5 days retreat in the Alpes, surrounded by the pure air and the pristine nature of the mountains. 5 days to leave all your stress and worries behind and find your inner stillness inside the spiritual vibe of the «Himalayas of Europe».
We are very humbled and thrilled at the same time to make this retreat in the beautiful nature of the Tyrolean Alps happen and we are even more excited for you being part of an adventure that will make you leave all the stress and worries of daily life behind and find back to your inner stillness.
Attend daily yoga and meditation sessions and relax in the near by spas, get active with skiing, snowboarding or hiking, and nourish your body with healthy vegetarian meals, teas, elixirs, and snacks.
This retreat is for you, right where you are if you wish to receive the tools to align with your authentic self, to make you feel empowered, inspired and rejuvenated to create a daily practice and tools for a healthy lifestyle, to enjoy the mountain spirit and engage on a snow community, to relax… and just be. Set intentions for you.
It is limited by the number of people to make it a unique and exclusive experience and is open to both men and women.

Did you ever experience the peaceful feeling of standing on the top of a mountain? Our venue is located in the middle of the mountains, the forest, and the lakes. A traditional nearby Austrian historical home located on the Roman road at the high of 1200 meters.
We want the best for your time – we chose a unique venue, that serves delicious soul food. We will come together as a community and enjoy the snow, the practice of yoga and connection – this week will be for all of us a deep and very touching experience.
The meaning of yoga is Union and harmony. Classical Yoga is a system of self-realisation that was codified by Patanjali sometime around 200 – 500 AD in a text called The Yoga Sutras.
Yoga is a state of self-realization.
However Yoga is also the practice required to experience Yoga. That is, it is the things that one does to shift from identifying with our thoughts to witnessing our thoughts. This includes but is not only limited to asana.
Our tuition technique draws from the fundamental principles of yoga – breathing, understanding body movements, including exceptional movements, detachment and connection to nature.
This retreat again joins the 2 inspiring international yoga teachers – Filipa Veiga and Silvia Stojanovic. They will join their experience to make this retreat the most amazing adventure, both personally and emotionally, taking you into a deeper level of understanding the practice and its transformative essence. The classes will take place in a beautiful open and light flooded room.
Silvias’ teachings are rooted in authenticity, she is humbled and honored to teach what she has learned, therefore her classes focus on providing an experience that is physically, mentally, and emotionally transformative. She delivers amazing classes and workshops and uses her lighthearted and playful approach to encourage people to practice to the fullest.
Filipa has been teaching for the past 5 years, especially in the Yoga Meca, Ubud, in Bali and in Portugal. As an international yoga teacher, her aim is to inspire as many people as possible to live healthy and happy lives by implementing the practice of yoga and eat healthy nourishing food.
Beginning with a more flowing practice gets the blood moving and sets your body and mind for the day ahead. After the strong practice, you still have loads of energy for the mountain, but your blood is moving and your mind is ready. In other words, the yoga, along with the seated meditation that began the practice, wakes you up, gets you feeling energetic, and cultivates calm focus for whatever comes next.
The afternoon classes are more Yin Yoga dedicated. They consist of long-held floor poses that are great for lengthening back the muscles. It sets you up for a great night sleep, for another new day in the mountains and on your Yoga mat.
The start of a new year always seems to involve health-related resolutions, earnest vows to get and stay healthy, to eat better, to take time to improve our mental well being and also get more sleep. This all seems within reach in the end of February when we will come together to celebrate another beautiful gathering, this time in the mountains…
Why ski or snowboard?
There is nothing more beautiful than the feeling of a bright winter morning in the mountains, fresh clear air and you are the first running down the hills surrounded by white, white and white.
Glorious speed, power, control, and beauty. It feels like you yourself are about to depart the earth and take off to the sky. It is pure magic, restorative in any way and soooooo much fun!!!!!
Why combine Yoga and Ski/Snowboard?
Because it challenges us, it teaches us to adapt, it allows to hear ourselves think and it is healthy, beautiful and very cleansing 🙂 same as Yoga!!!!
