Our programme takes advantage of this fantastic natural rugged landscape. Expect sea swims, guided hikes, functional beach circuits, trail runs and more. We will explore the magical island of Caprera by foot, dipping in the natural swimming pools along the way. A boat trip to discover uninhabited islands will take you to some of the most extraordinarily beautiful beaches and allow you to feel completely disconnected from the digital world. The Experience

Accommodation

The traditional villa is located right on the seas edge, boasting views out over the uninhabited islands. Refurbished in an elegant contemporary style this open, light and airy space is the perfect setting to take refuge in after a day out in the elements. There are 5 bedrooms to choose from and we offer double or single occupancy. The villa has stunning gardens to chill out in or walk down to the pontoon to sunbathe or paddle at the end of a challenging day.

We will offer a creative and balanced menu designed for optimum nutrition. Created with fresh, seasonal and local Sardinian sourced ingredients. No food groups are eliminated and we can ensure portion sizes are monitored if you are weight sensitive.

Restore and recover

There will also be time to sunbathe, take a to the beach or just rest as well as daily yoga, assisted stretching and active recovery sessions.

Travel

Flights to Olbia airport are easy from most European destinations.We organise both transfers for you direct to the Villa. It’s about 40 mins to the port of Palau on mainland Sardinia and across to the magical La Maddalena by ferry. The ferry takes approx 15 mins.

    I don’t know what I loved more, the waterfront location of our villa, the rugged moon-like landscape, the divine smelling pine forests or coves that deserved names like Little Tahiti.

    What an incredible place to be active in! You girls have nailed it, I feel totally rejuvenated, my energy levels have increased, I’m much less stressed and all from such an enjoyable fitness week with you all.. I even found the love for running, so thank you.

We cater for all fitness levels and due to our small group sizes we are able to tailor workouts to a variety of levels. We offer a pre arrival, free consultation to discuss your current fitness level and goals. We can then modify the programme to ensure each of our client’s is working toward their own objectives.
The maximum we have in a group is 8 per trainer. However it is likely that we will split training levels on ability, for certain activities, and so it will be smaller than this.
Yes, our pre arrival assessment will allow us to ensure that each person and their objectives are taken into account and met. We will then hopefully inspire you to push these boundaries.
This does not matter. We work with people at an individual level and can tailor intensity/repetitions etc to ability.
All of our trainers have a level 3 REPS personal training qualification. Our yoga teachers have over 10 years experience. The chef has been cooking in ‘uber luxe’ Verbier chalets also for over 10 years. Overall what sets them apart is their attitude, they are always willing to go the extra mile to help clients. Ultimately each staff member lives and breathes our ethos of motivation, integrity and compassion… making your time here and every workout enjoyable!
The food is exceptional. Fresh, healthy, seasonal ingredients are compiled in a creative way to create light meals that will leave you satiated. We promote a balanced diet so do not ban any particular food group, but can obviously cater to allergies. We offer 3 meals a day, with 2 courses at dinner. You will not go hungry but everything you eat will be extremely nutritious and appetising.
We encourage our clients to listen to their bodies. In some cases we are able to tailor programmes to account for minor injuries but we do insist you fill out a personal medical form prior to arrival so we are aware and consult your doctor if unsure.
Yes, we have active recovery sessions and full recovery sessions. Each day there will be some time off to explore the town, have a massage, sunbathe or read a book. We encourage our clients to participate in all our activities as we have formatted them so they provide a balanced programme. However if you wish to duck out of certain sessions we do allow this (there's just a penalty of an extra 50 burpees the next day.. not! haha)
Running is not compulsory on our camps, although we do encourage everyone to give it a try. We can however offer a hiking group as an alternative.
We cannot accept smoking in our properties but we cannot ban it from our retreat. However we do not encourage it. Caffeinated drinks are available but we advise these to be drank mindfully and not in excess. We do not encourage or offer alcohol, as we would like the retreat to be an opportunity for you to take some time out from your daily routine and focus 100% on your health, fitness and wellbeing.
